(NIT-38) Meat Analyser

Application:
Benchtop NIR measurement of fat, water and protein and chemical lean in meat and meat products. .

Advantages:
- Simple sample presentation
- Up to 4 components analysed simultaneously
- PC Compatible

Description:
The NIT-38 Meat Analyser is one of the NIT-38 NIR Transmission Analysers series. The Meat Analyser is specifically configured to measure ground and minced meat, including pork, beef, chicken and lamb. Starter calibrations fat, water and protein are provided with the instrument. Calibrations for specific meat products ,eg,sausage, sandwich meats, and whole meat can be developed by using the user through our calibration software or by applying a slope and bias to the starter calibrations. The system includes a diode array spectrophotometer, software, and squeeze cell.
