(NIT-38) Dairy Analyser
Description:
The NIT-38 Dairy Analyser is one of the NIT-38 NIR Transmission Analysers series. The Dairy Analyser is specifically configured to measure high solid content suspensions, semi solids and liquids, such as, cheese, butter, milk, yogurt etc. Starter calibrations fat, water and protein are provided with the instrument. Calibrations for specific dairy products can be developed using our calibration software or by applying a slope and bias to the starter calibrations. The system includes a diode array spectrophotometer, software, liquid and squeeze cell.
